All Marino Customs cables are covered by a life-time warranty. If you have a defective product, fill out our Warranty Claim Form. Once you have received confirmation, ship the product back to us (at your expense) for evaluation. After inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced at Marino Customs' own discretion. Please note that all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our warranty policy:

   1. For failures due to craftsmanship, we will fix the cable at no charge to you and we will ship it back to you.

   2. For failures of manufactured parts, we will fix the cable for the cost of the replacement parts as well as the cost of shipping

       back to you.

   3. For failure due to abuse, we will fix the cable for the cost of the replacement parts as well as the cost of shipping back to you.

Some plugs - 3.5mm female jacks and Silent Plugs will need to be extra cared for or can be easily damaged. Silent plugs due to the fact that there are switching mechanisms inside of the plug itself, are sensitive to impact. Take care of your silent plugs and connectors!!!

Custom-ordered cable warranty policy:

All custom-ordered cables are covered under the same warranty policy as described above. However, custom-ordered cables may not be returned for a refund.
